D.U.M.B. Objectives (unchecklist)

We have all heard of S.M.A.R.T. Objectives and it's a useful framework. But too often we see it being applied half-heartedly. Sometimes it helps to complement a good checklist with a good unchecklist — a list of things your objectives should NOT be. D.U.M.B.: Disconnected, Unrealistic, Measured wrong, Boring.
